Factory Operative, Stagecraft, Newtown
Due to an increase in production demands, we are looking to recruit a Factory Operative to assist our existing team at our factory in Newtown, Powys.
Experience
Experience within a manufacturing and assembly environment using timber-based materials would be beneficial, along with knowledge of H&S and good housekeeping practices.
Essential skills include:
Manual dexterity, working with tools, working to deadlines, ability to follow instructions, working alone or as part of a team, good verbal communication, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.
- Monitor production processes and report any discrepancies or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
