Underperforming employees can have a hugely detrimental effect on organisations, not only with regards to their own lack of productivity and efficiency, but the knock on effect this can have on general workplace morale and the productivity of their colleagues.

We will dispel some myths around performance management and look at practical and commercial ways to address these issues and how we can also minimise the risks of any resultant claims being brought successfully.
