Position: Factory Supervisor (with Carpentry Skills)
We’re looking for a motivated leader to keep production running smoothly while putting hands-on carpentry skills to good use.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise & coordinate daily factory operations
Hands-on carpentry support & quality control
Train, guide & oversee staff
Monitor inventory, materials & equipment
Ensure health & safety compliance
Collaborate on production goals & improvements
Requirements:
Proven carpentry experience (trade cert preferred)
Strong practical & mechanical skills
Supervisory/team lead experience
Ability to read technical drawings
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Attention to detail & commitment to quality
Familiarity with production tools & safety
