We are a high-quality luxury dessert manufacturer based in Welshpool. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our well-established Accounts Team as an Accounts Apprentice.

This role offers an excellent pathway for someone looking to build a long-term career in accountancy. As part of the apprenticeship, you will be supported in studying towards your AAT qualification, gaining both practical experience and formal training.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

GCSEs in Math’s and English (expected grades 6–9 or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
Initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn and develop
Good numerical and analytical skills
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to manage a varied workload within a busy, dynamic environment
Good IT literacy
Strong organisational skills
Flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines

Experience:
No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role, alongside support for your AAT qualification.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
