Trainee Production Engineer, NiBS, Four Crosses

Reporting To: Production Team Supervisor

Location: Unit 6 Four Crosses Business Park, Four Crosses, Llanymynech Powys, SY22 6ST

Main Purpose: To listen, observe, and gather experience and to complete practical work

Standard Duties:

1.      To further your knowledge and understand all the different job roles within the company.

2.      To gather experience in different disciplines.

3.      To show willingness, enthusiasm, initiative, and honesty.

4.      To input ideas within the work groups.

5.      To follow Health and Safety by wearing correct PPE and to follow H&S procedures.

6.      To follow work instructions and procedures.

7.      To represent NiBS in a professional manner and contribute to the growth of the company.

8.      To keep all company information private and confidential.

9.      To undertake any other duties, which may be reasonably requested by NiBS Management.

Main Duties:

1.      To report in every day to a manager or working colleague.

2.      To follow instructions from your manager or senior staff.

3.      To further your knowledge and understand all the different job roles within the company.

4.      To learn as much as you can about the company and how you can progress your career.

5.      To carry out testing on batteries.

6.      To assist in battery teardowns.

7.      To assist with Goods In and Goods Out.

8.      To work alongside senior staff in Production area, Testing area and Warehouse area.
