Role Overview

The Print Operator is responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing machinery to produce high‑quality printed materials. You’ll carry out quality checks, optimise machine performance, minimise waste and maintain a safe, clean working environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate flexographic printing machines

  • Produce printed materials to required quality and specification standards

  • Carry out quality checks throughout the print process

  • Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and reduce waste

  • Follow safety procedures and complete basic maintenance

  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and support smooth production flow

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment

  • Experience with automated processes (printing experience preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Good attendance and time‑keeping

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban
