Are you a strategic leader passionate about stewardship, sustainability, and employee ownership?

Dulas Ltd and Polestar Cooling Ltd are seeking a new Chair to guide our Group into its next decade of growth.

Role details:
Commitment: 15 days per annum
Remuneration: £15,000
Location: Hybrid (Mid Wales / Bognor Regis / Virtual)
The Mission: Providing independent leadership to a passionate Board, including member-elected Directors, ensuring our commercial ambitions align with our co-operative purpose.

Who are we looking for? We welcome candidates with experience in:

✅ Renewable energy or life sciences
✅ Manufacturing
