About the Role
CDL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Welding Inspector / NDT Technician to join our busy NDT Laboratory and support on-site client work. This role involves preparing and testing weld samples in the lab, as well as visiting client premises to invigilate weld tests for procedure and welder qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and test weld samples within the laboratory.
Visit client sites to oversee and invigilate weld tests.
Support qualification of welding procedures and welder certifications.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and professionalism in all work.
Qualifications & Experience
CSWIP 3.1 Qualified Welding Inspector and/or PCN II NDT Technician (required).
Previous experience as a coded welder or strong knowledge of welding processes.
Ideally currently working for, or previously employed by, a weld inspection company.
Ability to start with minimal training is highly desirable.
Minimum 1 year of Weld Inspection/NDT experience.
Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
