About Us
Bulk Automation designs and supplies process and packaging machinery, including robotic automation systems, to industries across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Projects Administrator to join our team.
While this role is based at our Llanidloes office, flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role.
Job Summary
As Project Administrator you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role works closely with project manager, engineers, and Directors to maintain documentation, track progress, manage schedules, and support day-to-day project operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to project manager and engineers.
· Liase with customer and keep updated with project progress.
· Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
· Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
· Monitor project timelines and assist with tracking milestones
· Maintain accurate records in project management systems and shared drives
· Assist with risk, issue, and change tracking and reporting
· Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and documentation standards
Desired Skills & Attributes
· Proven experience in an administrative, project coordination, or project support role.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
