For over 30 years, our award-winning drinks have been made using a pure spring water source running just metres from our site. We manufacture bottled, canned and TetraPak soft drinks and our customers include schools, stores and supermarkets nationwide.
We’re looking for an experience Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team and contribute to the future success of the business.
The Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Department. This role involves Supporting to maintain smooth system operation of Business Central across all areas of the business. You’ll provide first‑line technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and business applications. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain IT systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of our IT operations
Main Duties Will Include:
To support system users across the business to facilitate efficient use across the organisation.
To manage all configurations within the Microsoft Business Central system. Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain the integrity of the stock data and identify user errors.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts promptly and support in training end users and assist in troubleshooting issues.
Work with IT to implement security measures and updates for the system and proactively identify areas for improvement in processes.
Provide timely support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve incidents involving Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers, WMS scanners and business applications.
Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and warranty information.
Maintain accurate documentation, including technical procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Essentials:
· GCSE English and Maths.
· Back-end system configuration.
· Experience using and trouble shooting skills across Windows 11, Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
· Experience in an IT support or service desk role with strong IT competency.
· Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Positive attitude.
Hours and Location
This role is based at our main site in Knighton, Powys. This role is days only working a 4-on 4-off pattern.
