Process Analysis - Newtown

Process Analysis

Thursday 10th October, 9.30am - 4.30pm, Newtown

Process Analysis - various tools and techniques that can be used to analyse and improve business processes.

Who will benefit?

This will benefit individuals working in all management roles with an interest in enabling improvement in their processes through process analysis.

Workshop Objectives

Most organisations, in all areas, have established processes which are in place to enable inputs to be converted to desired outputs e.g. quality products and services, on time, every time to meet the needs of external AND internal customers.

However, this does not always happen and this can impact negatively on the bottom line. What needs to happen then is to establish why a process or processes has not delivered to requirements.

Various numerical and practical activities are used throughout the workshop which attendees can then go back to their organisation and implement. The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:

What is a process?;

Process Inputs and Outputs;

What causes processes to succeed?;

Reactive and Proactive Process Analysis Techniques and their application;

Your processes - what next?
