Workshop Objectives
Suitable for anyone with the responsibility for managing the performance of staff and/or teams in an organisation to achieve business objectives (e.g. productivity, sales, customer service etc.)
Have the potential to significantly influence results with the application of great formal and informal performance management methods. Implemented successfully, staff and teams can be enabled to perform consistently at a high level, contributing to the achievement of great business results and opportunities for career progression.
The workshop is a good mixture of theory and practical exercises designed to give the delegates increased self-awareness, knowledge and confidence when dealing with performance management in the workplace.
