Workshop Objectives

Join us for this 1/2 day workshop looking at Customer Service including touchpoints and the customer journey.

Workshop Aims

Who are your customers and where do you sit in your supply chain, Do you know what your customers do with what you sell them?  Do you suppliers know what you do with what they supply you?

How does what you supply add value for your customers?

Service adds value that is way above and beyond the actual product through every ‘touchpoint’

Products – Quality and Time taken to deliver – vital in today’s JIT world

Logistics – including returns (also return of stillages etc for refills)

Processes – Accounts, sales etc.

Contacts – telephone, Teams, meeting etc. service personnel

All needs to be ‘joined up’  so if a sales person agrees one set of payment terms the accounts dept need to know…….

All members of the supply chain need to be customer centric which means that customer service becomes paramount throughout – leading to partnerships and extended customer lifetime value

What happens when it goes wrong?
