This course explores how AI is transforming marketing practice by connecting creativity, insight, and technology. You’ll gain an understanding of the evolving AI landscape, key trends, and emerging innovations, and how these can be applied across marketing operations to improve performance and customer experience. The course introduces the growing role of generative AI across text, image, audio, and video, and its use in enhancing content development and storytelling. Through hands-on demonstrations and real-world case studies, you’ll learn how to apply AI within marketing workflows to enhance efficiency, generate insight, and strengthen campaign impact. It also considers responsible adoption and decision-making, helping you integrate AI into your marketing activities with confidence and clarity.

Explore the use of Al across text, audio, video, and image content creation (including Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E}
Explore Al's diverse applications in software development, coding, analytics, customer service, and productivity enhancement
Apply Al methodologies to improve the customer journey across the marketing funnel for enhanced insights and engagement
Develop tailored Al-driven marketing strategies using advanced tools to refine customer interactions and optimise campaigns
