About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture, assembly, inspection, and packing of products, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Operating production machinery and equipment.
Assembling, inspecting, and packing products.
Conducting quality checks and basic testing.
Following production procedures and work instructions.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Working collaboratively to achieve production targets.
Reporting machinery faults or quality concerns to supervisors.
What We're Looking For (Person Specification)
Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to follow procedures and work safely to meet production targets.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
