Summary

We’re looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to help keep our hive running smoothly and our honey flowing golden and sweet.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys working as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for quality. Previous experience in food production is preferable but not essential – what matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Be competent and have safe working knowledge of line specific production machinery and equipment.
Monitor production operatives to ensure good production efficiencies and productivity.
Work with a flexible approach to daily production information and customer and company requirements.
To maintain company standards.
Adhere to company requirements and procedures.
Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in operating machinery / automation or production environments is an advantage.
