Engineering Administrator and Stores Controller, Hilltop, Newtown

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Engineering Administrator & Stores Controller to help keep our hive operating at its very best.
Based in our Newtown factory, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Engineering department, ensuring our maintenance systems, records, and stores are efficiently managed. From coordinating planned maintenance schedules to keeping stock levels in check, you’ll help ensure our production lines stay up and running and our honey flows golden and sweet.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the day-to-day management of our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system
Coordinating maintenance schedules and helping ensure work orders are completed on time
Managing engineering stores, including stock control, ordering, and supplier communication
Raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the setup and ongoing development of engineering systems and processes
Updating data and reports to track Engineering KPIs
Assisting with contractor coordination and engineering projects
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and compliance with Health & Safety
What we’re looking for
Strong administrative and IT skills, with confidence in managing systems and data
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A proactive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams
Experience in stock control, purchasing, or maintenance systems is desirable
A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
