Workshop Objectives

Displaying relevant information in the work environment can result in many positive outcomes which can benefit the organisation, customers, suppliers, the environment and last, but not least, the staff themselves. Establishing a visual management system, to ensure it is updated and maintained, can directly impact positively on the performance and motivation of those who it is intended for.
