Workshop Objectives

Having the ability to prioritise your own activities is a key skill and can enable benefits that impact positively on work performance and work/life balance. However, when it comes to prioritising activities that involve other stakeholders such as your manager, team, customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies, things can get more complicated. Where do you start and where does it end!!??

Various numerical and practical activities are used throughout the workshop to enable the attendee to understand the benefits of prioritising using a variety of numerical techniques for different activities and situations. The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:

● A typical day in your life;

● The benefits of prioritising;

● How to make your life easier using numerical techniques and their application in various situations;

● Activities to take away.
