From Learning AI to Using AI
This workshop moves participants beyond understanding AI to actually using it — confidently, practically, and in ways that make a measurable difference to their working day.
In three hours, participants learn two high-impact techniques built on practical AI application principles that translate directly to manufacturing and operations contexts:
Technique 1: Tuning Your AI
Build a simple AI Assistant Brief that shapes how AI communicates and operates.
Once created, paste it into any AI conversation and everything it produces reflects your business — not generic defaults. Think of it as briefing a new member of your team: you tell them how you work, what matters, and how you speak. AI works the same way.
Technique 2: Cognitive Load Relief
Use AI to take complex, pressured information — emails, decisions, competing priorities — and turn them into clarity and action. Participants work through a realistic operational scenario using a structured three-prompt method that breaks down a problem, builds a response plan, and drafts a professional reply. What might take an hour of anxious thinking takes minutes.
The workshop is practical throughout. Participants are encouraged to bring laptops and follow along with their own examples. Those who prefer to watch and learn are equally catered for — all materials and prompts are provided as a takeaway playbook.
What Participants Leave With
Every participant walks out of the room with three things they can use immediately:
✓ A completed AI Assistant Brief tailored to their own role and business — ready to paste in Monday morning
✓ A working prompt playbook covering realistic scenarios relevant to manufacturing and operations roles
✓ Confidence to apply the same method to other challenges — and an understanding of how to go further when ready
These are not theoretical frameworks. They are practical tools built during the session, tested live, and taken away in usable form.
