AI Foundations & Getting Better Results

AI Foundations & Getting Better Results

This workshop gives participants a clear, practical understanding of artificial intelligence — what it is, how it works, how to use it safely, and how to get real business results from it.

In three hours, participants move from curiosity to confidence. The session covers two connected areas that together form the foundation every business needs before going further with AI:

Part 1: AI Foundations & Safe Use

What AI is and is not.

How it actually works in practice.

How to use it safely and responsibly at work — including what not to put into AI, who remains accountable, and why these things matter.

Part 2: How to Get Better Business Results from AI

The Briefing Method — a structured, plain-English approach to working with AI that produces consistently better results. Participants learn to brief AI the way they brief people: with context, a clear task, an audience, a role, and a defined output. The method is demonstrated live and applied in a real exercise.

The workshop is practical throughout. No technical background is required. Every participant leaves with a reference guide they can use immediately.
