Advanced Manufacturing Centre Survey

We are pleased to share that Powys County Council is in the process of developing a brand-new facility in Newtown designed to support the growth of manufacturing businesses across the Mid Wales region.

The proposed centre will transform access to expertise, skills, and advanced manufacturing technology, with the aim of improving productivity, driving innovation, and accelerating growth across the sector—locally and beyond.

But to make sure this facility truly meets the needs of businesses like yours, they need your input.

They’re asking businesses to complete a short questionnaire to help shape what the centre should offer. Your feedback will help to understand what is most important to you—whether it’s access to equipment, training, R&D support, or emerging technologies.
