We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in developing their career and taking their first step into marketing.

This newly created, entry-level role will give you the chance to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities while working closely with our Marketing Manager. You’ll get involved in everything from creating presentations, newsletters and internal communications to supporting in-store marketing campaigns and helping bring our brands to life.

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your creative skills using Canva and other design tools, as well as build your experience in planning, organising and evaluating marketing activity from start to finish.

As a proud B Corp, Hilltop is also committed to making a positive impact, and you’ll have the opportunity to support our B Corp certification and annual impact reporting.

You don’t need to have worked in marketing before. We’re looking for someone who is organised, creative, has a good eye for detail and is keen to learn and develop. You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, along with Canva or similar design tools.
