Employer: CDT Sidoli (Welshpool) Ltd Location: Welshpool, Powys Contract: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (double day shift) Optional Overtime: Saturday mornings
About the Role: Sidoli, a leading luxury dessert manufacturer on the Powys/Shropshire border, is expanding its well‑established Maintenance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with either an electrical or mechanical maintenance background.
The role is varied and hands‑on, involving both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of machinery. You’ll need to work on your own initiative, follow set guidelines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
What Sidoli Is Looking For:
Level 2 Engineering qualification (minimum)
Self‑motivated with strong communication skills
Proactive, flexible and able to problem‑solve
Strong personality with a “get things done” attitude
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
