· Design and develop electro-mechanical products, systems and assemblies from concept through to manufacture.
· Produce 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings and associated design documentation.
· Design and specify mechanical components, assemblies and mechanisms.
· Design and develop electrical systems, including component selection, wiring, connections and system integration.
· Produce and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
· Develop and modify existing products to improve performance, reliability and manufacturability.
· Ensure designs consider functionality, materials, manufacturing methods, assembly, quality and cost.
Control Systems & Integration
· Support the design and integration of motors, actuators, sensors, switches and other electrical and electronic components.
· Develop engineering solutions that integrate mechanical, electrical and control systems.
· Support the specification and integration of control systems appropriate to the product.
· Work with relevant technologies such as PLCs, CANbus and other control systems where applicable.
· Support system configuration, testing and troubleshooting during product development.
Testing & Technical Support
