Company History: Founded in 2001 by Wyn Lloyd, Lloyds Coaches began as a small operation in Machynlleth, Mid Wales. The company quickly expanded, filling gaps left by larger operators like Arriva. By securing key TrawsCymru contracts, they became a vital link for rural communities, connecting Aberystwyth, Machynlleth, Newtown, Dolgellau, Bala, Wrexham and Bangor.

Known for their distinctive red and white livery, the fleet grew from second-hand buses to modern, eco-friendly vehicles. Today, Lloyds remains a family-oriented business, led by Wyn's son Dan, celebrated for its reliability and commitment to maintaining essential transport infrastructure across the rugged Welsh landscape.
