Workshop Objectives

It is common for people in responsible roles to sometimes take too much on their own shoulders and also turn a blind eye to difficult situations that really need addressing. There are numerous reasons for this, Conversely, having the ability to empower your team and address challenging moments in the right way can lead to great team performance and an effective supervisor who is working on the right things.

Qualified to Masters degree level in Management, degree level in Chemistry and a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Dave has over thirty five years’ experience managing at all levels in various sectors, including engineering, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food.
