Workshop Objectives

What is it that makes great leaders and managers stand out from the rest? It is often due to their high degree of emotional intelligence (EI) and a key differentiator in enabling individuals to progress to senior roles.

However, what is EI and why does it have such a positive impact? How do you determine your current level of EI and how can you develop your EI?
