Workshop Objectives

What is communication? Why is it easier sometimes than others? Why do some people understand me and some not at all? Why do I understand some people and not others? How do I make my communication more effective to bring about better results and become more confident personally and professionally?

Fun and practical activities are used throughout the workshop that will increase your knowledge and increase your self-awareness regarding your communication strengths and areas for improvement, enabling your communication to improve.

Workshop Aims 

The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:

●       What is Communication?

●       How do we make communication effective?

●       Understanding your communication styles and how we communicate differently

●       Practical steps to enable you to communicate more effectively AND Confidently

●       Activities to take away

Course Delivery: This course will be delivered by Dave Jones, Up, Qualified to Masters degree level in Management, degree level in Chemistry and a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Dave has over thirty years’ experience managing at all levels in various sectors, including engineering, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food.
