Leading others to success can be exhilarating, motivating, and deeply satisfying. It can also open the door to life-changing opportunities you may never have imagined. At the same time, leadership can be challenging, stressful, demanding, and fraught with risks.
So, how do we lead in a way that enables success for ourselves, our teams, and other stakeholders?
We’ve developed four half-day workshops designed to help you become more self-aware of your leadership strengths and areas for development. Spread over two days, these workshops offer the opportunity to:
- Share your leadership experiences with others
- Assess yourself in key areas of leadership
- Learn best-practice techniques
- Create a personal action plan to elevate your leadership impact
You’ll also discover how to further develop your leadership through fully funded ILM Leadership & Management qualifications, available via Myrick Training Services.
Who will benefit?
Anyone who leads/ supports others in any organisation will benefit from these workshops.
