State of UK plc -Picking up the pieces, an Outlook for the global and UK economies with HSBC Monday 20th September refreshments from 11.30am, 12pm start, Maesmawr Hall, Caersws, Nr Newtown  Come along to the inaugural Powys Business Week event where Alun Powell, Senior Economist at HSBC, will present on the State of UK Plc and the outlook for the global and UK economies. Alun has spent his career in various economics functions within Midland/HSBC. Alun is now a senior economist within HSBC's Business Economics Unit. His principal area of activity is to monitor trends in the key business segments of personal sector savings, the mortgage and consumer credit markets and business lending. In addition he tracks developments in financial services as well as giving presentations to Bank training courses and to customers. Presentation is followed by a networking buffet. |
