Fitting Shop Engineer, COMPACT ORBITAL GEARS, RHAYADER
Are you hard working, motivated and want to be part of a busy team working on a variety of exciting projects. We are looking for a Fitter to join our fitting shop and test bay.
The successful candidate would work within the team and undertake the following:
Dismantling of products prior to inspection/repair
Reassembly of products following inspection/repair.
Assembly/finishing of product manufactured within the production area.
Testing of product following repair or manufacture.
Off-site installation/maintenance works both UK and overseas – these are infrequent but a requirement of the role.
You will be required to work as part of a team, following specific instructions and meeting the requirements of both internal and external parties. Therefore, attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.
A knowledge of welding would be advantageous but not essential
A current driving licence and passport is essential for this role.
This role would suit a mechanical engineer looking to develop their skills within a local business.
