In this workshop/seminar we will be reflecting on the first phase of creating a new brand (or refreshing an existing brand), as there are many things to consider ranging from understanding who your prospective customers are, what do they want, what are their needs, through to ; how do you then convey your ‘offer’ to them in a way that gives them confidence in your service or product. We will then go on to discuss the creation of the brand identities and the type of website presence that your company is going to require for marketing products and services.
