This year Welsh Assembly Government has set new recycling targets for waste at levels of 70% in the coming years. On top of this, new pieces of legislation will alter the way in which waste is collected and managed in the future that will impact on businesses. In response to this Powys County Council is looking to change the way it collects waste from households and businesses in the future. The cost of waste disposal continues to rise. Recycling more could help cut costs to your business.
Find out how these changes might affect you and learn more about what your responsibilities are with regard to the waste your company produces, the options you have and what requirements you need to fulfil.
If you have any specific areas you wish to cover during the session please let John Brunt at MWMG know and we can tailor the workshop
