Export Assistance

I am studying towards a Masters of Business Administration at Aberysrwyth University. I am a mature student with over 12 years of experience in wide range of sectors.

To complete the MBA programme I must write a 15,000 word managerial report on a topic of my choice. I am very interested in exploring how Welsh companies can achieve success through exports with a view to writing a project proposal/consultancy report for a company who is considering exporting their goods/services in the near future.

I am looking for a Mid Wales company who has identified a potential export market and would like some assistance with conducting research and analysing information. My aim would be to prepare a proposal outlining some recommended steps as to how the company can successfully export their goods/services to the identified market.
