Company History: Radnor Hills Mineral Water Company has been extracting water from a naturally mineral rich source in Mid-Wales since 1989.  We bottle a diverse range of spring and mineral water and soft drinks, under the Radnor Hills, Aqua Splash, Radnor Fruits and Fizz, and Heartsease Farm brands.  Our brand support team provides a successful bespoke product service to private label customers. Our products are sold worldwide, we deliver locally in Wales, throughout the British Isles and to distributors in Europe, Malaysia and Australia and the Middle East. 

Products: Still and sparkling mineral water, fruit flavoured spring water, premium presses and school compliant fruit juice drinks.

Markets: Grocery, retail, wholesale, hospitality, schools catering, nationwide and worldwide.

Processes: Depalletising -  bottles feed manually on to moving conveyor. Cleaning - bottles are cleaned with a blast of clean air. Bottle Blowing, Filling/capping – Cold Fill, Hotfill, Pasturisation, Velcorin Dosing, Nitrogen Dosing,  Labelling –reelfed, cut and stack, self adhesive. Coding - bottles printed with day code, use by date time and batch no. Shrink wrapping/boxing - bottles are shrink packed or manually packed into boxes. Fully Automated Palletising.

General Facilities: 6 production lines, warehousing.  7th production line to be installed in 2015.
