Company History: Parent company founded in 1976. Broadcrown Exports Ltd is the largest independent manufacturer of diesel generators in the UK. The Newtown production facility has been in operation since 1998.

Products: The export facility at Newtown manufactures from 13 to 550 KVA diesel powered generator systems developed for the export market. Broadcrown also have another manufacturing facility in Hixon, Staffordshire which manufactures generating sets between 500  and 5000kVA.

Markets: Remote locations, building construction and water industries, communication services, oil and gas and commercial buildings. Exporting to Europe, Australasia, Africa, South East Asia, Middle East, North and South America.

Processes: Mechanical & electrical engineering, 3D Cad design, manual assembly, electrical testing.
